Hello friends!
February is the month of love – so of course, I’ve had some epic February elopements this year. I wanted to share one with you where we had an epic adventure on the Vegas strip! And what is more iconic than some amazing Vegas strip wedding photos?
First of all, let me tell you about Devon and Rich. They had my heart when they told me they love Harry Potter. If anyone knows me, they know I am the biggest Harry Potter nerd in all of Las Vegas. They definitely won cool points. Then, they got additional cool points because they informed me that their next furbaby will be named Dobby. How dang cute is that?
Anyway, Devon and Rich (two of the nicest people ever) came all the way over from Wales to get hitched in Vegas. I feel like its very fitting that they got hitched in Vegas, considering they met while playing poker at a pub.
They had their ceremony at Caesars Palace, before heading over to meet me at the world-famous “Welcome to Las Vegas” sign. I feel like I need to mention, it was the coldest day of the year in Vegas, and Devon handled it like a champ. Although, both bride and groom were bitter that it was actually warmer in Wales than it was in Vegas during our photo session. What are the odds?
Once we were done glamming it up at the Vegas sign, we all jumped in a Lyft and headed down the strip for some classy photos at the Paris Hotel and the Bellagio. Both are classic Vegas locations and have a completely different vibe at night than they do in the day.
Devon and Rich finished their night celebrating with friends and family at Maggianos (one of my favorite Italian restaurants in Vegas, if you haven’t been, definitely go) located in Fashion Show Mall directly across from the Wynn. It was such a fun and carefree evening made even more special by the fact that they had so many friends and family fly out to be with them on their big day.
